Our Sport Captains, Maya G and Sienna R recently attended the Athlete Community Leadership Workshop with Girls Sport Victoria at Melbourne Girls Grammar. The event featured WNBL player, Aimie Rocci; Richmond AFLW player, Rebecca Miller; and Afghanistan Women鈥檚 Soccer team member, Mursal Sadat. They shared their experiences and insights on balancing professional sport with study and work, and the importance of advocating for women's representation in sports. The key takeaway was that leadership in sports is accessible to everyone and promoting women's representation opens up further opportunities.
